Product Data Specialist

Holley Performance Products is seeking a Product Data Specialist for a full-time role within an aftermarket automotive organization in Bowling Green, KY. This role works collaboratively with the Web Product Owner, Ecommerce teams, IT team, and the Product Management team to support Holley's digital marketing and Ecommerce strategy. You'll be a part of a highly talented group of marketing, web, and data professionals.

The Product Data Specialist position is responsible for managing and maintaining datasets for assigned brands within the PIM system. This position assists with day-to-day data needs. As a specialist, you will help with data improvements, custom data needs, and data reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

This role works closely with marketing, IT, Product Management, Business Unit leaders, and Vertical Lead teams throughout projects, assisting with planning and implementing data enhancements and updates. You will also track data metrics, make recommendations to improve data, and drive new opportunities.

• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers
• Abide by ACES and PIES data standards
• Collaborate with internal data stakeholders
• Manage product scorecards and data gap analysis
• Maintain and update datasets within PIM (PDM)
• Ensure all data feeds are working as intended
• Fill custom data requests for key data receivers
• Collaborate with internal data stakeholders to complete data improvement efforts

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 4 Year Degree preferred - Marketing, Advertising, Computer Information Technology, Business, and/or Communications
• Must be able to easily handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and maintain a workload of projects
• 2 years: Catalog management experience
• Experience with marketing and/or web production project management systems such as JIRA, Asana, Workfront, Airtable, or similar
• Experience with PIM Systems (PDM, Opticat, JNP, etc.)

• Being a fast, independent learner able to master new skills quickly
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Depth of knowledge and/or breadth of experience with catalog management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work with a team and independently
• Self-starter; Proven ability to drive projects to completion with good decision-making with little to average management
• Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Experience with marketing and/or web production project management systems such as JIRA, Asana, etc.
• Skilled at leveraging existing process while always on the lookout for opportunities to reduce process friction and optimize where possible
• Acts as responsible project manager for projects when needed
• Schedules regular project status meetings and organizes acceptance of work results for projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
