Line Cook
Full Time
For pay experience matters but we also tip out everyone including line cooks. We average $3-5 extra dollars an hour in tips.
Our hours of operation are 5pm to 10 pm from Wednesday through Sunday. And on Saturday and Sunday we open at noon.

Location: 5154 Ridge Ave Philadelphia, PA 19128

We are a newish take out restaurant, who just opened located in the Roxborough area of Philadelphia. Health benefits are available to full-time staff. Seeking passionate people with a positive attitude, dependable transportation, evening and weekend availability, sense of humor, acceptance for all people, willingness to work in fast-paced environment, has a strong sense of urgency, willingness to clean with downtime and follow and complete checklists, and someone who takes a pride in punctuality. Principle Duties and Responsibilities • Ensuring that food comes out in a quick timely manner, but still at the highest quality possible • Being able to use a deep fryer and a flat top grill • Being able to have a focus that allows you to be consistent with your motions • Cleaning the station at the end of day • Setting up for the next day • Staying organized • Maintaining stock of paper goods and prepped items • Reporting to manager about low inventory items • Complying with all DOH safety and sanitary regulations. Able to lift 50+ lbs Capable of working on their feet for 6-8 hours

Our line cook responsibilities include; setting up and stocking stations, preparing food for service, cooking with a deep fryer & flat top grill, stocking and rotating inventory appropriately, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, at the highest quality and in a timely manner, and complying with all DOH safety and sanitary regulations.
