Using advanced tools, you ensure efficient, high-quality workmanship while protecting and cleaning up homeowners' properties. You stay active, problem-solve effectively, and take pride in making a meaningful difference for each customer every day.In order to do this, you'll need the following:3+ years of residential service plumbing experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E licenseAbility to pass a DOT physical and health screeningKnowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing codeStrong communication and customer service skillsComfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching softwareCommitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanshipPhysical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditionsIntegrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvementAbility to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeownersAbility to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environmentAbility to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workdayAbility to climb ladders and stairsA LITTLE ABOUT USInception Plumbing, based in the Kansas City Metro, offers a wide range of residential and commercial remodeling and service work, always emphasizing versatility and high standards.
