We're on a mission to raise the bar for our industry, and that starts with hiring great people, treating them right, and giving them the chance to grow with us.Salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experienceWhat You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)Expert Irrigation Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping.Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client's property.Seasonal Maintenance: Perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations.Client Relations: Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers.What We Look for in a RYAN SpecialistSales Mindset: A background in irrigation sales or the ability to confidently suggest and close system upgrades.Customer Service Excellence: Strong relationship-building skills and a "client-first" attitude.Problem-Solving Knack: A passion for troubleshooting and finding efficient solutions.Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is also comfortable working independently.Versatility: A willingness to pivot from irrigation to other departments as needed.RequirementsExperience: 2+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair.Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must.Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs., push/pull objects, and walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions.Driver's License: Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.Safety-Sensitive Position: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
