Generative Search & Reputation Manager (SEO/AEO)Our client, a leading global travel and technology marketplace, is looking to hire a Generative Search & Reputation Manager (SEO/AEO) in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).Pay Rate Range: $52/hr to $62/hr W2, depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute enterprise SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies aligned with business, reputation, and public policy priorities.Monitor and optimize search performance across Google Search and AI-powered search platforms.Analyze search visibility, content performance, share of voice, and AI citation trends to provide actionable insights.Build dashboards and performance reports for cross-functional stakeholders.Advise internal teams on SEO strategy, content opportunities, competitive search landscapes, and audience behavior.Manage SEO vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, Reputation, and Business teams on multiple initiatives.Stay current with emerging AI search technologies and recommend best practices.Requirements5+ years of enterprise SEO experience in a multi-channel or multi-market environment.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Conductor, Moz, or similar SEO platforms.Experience with AI Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), or Generative Search.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website performance optimization.Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting performance data.Experience managing vendors, agencies, or external partners.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or similar is preferred.Russell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
