We have a commercial roofing client looking for experienced Sheet Metal Installers to join their team in Jacksonville, FL 32211
This client is ready to put qualified installers to work immediately with a streamlined hiring process. If you have commercial sheet metal experience, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components on commercial roofing projects
- Install flashing, coping, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, and trim
- Measure, cut, bend, and fasten sheet metal according to specifications
- Read and work from installation drawings and blueprints
- Safely perform work at heights on active commercial job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow all company and job site safety procedures
Requirements
- Verifiable commercial sheet metal installation experience
- Commercial roofing or building envelope experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, brakes, shears, snips, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment
- Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and installation drawings
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Jacksonville area
- Ability to pass E-Verify employment eligibility verification
