Assistant Professor of Dentistry

Position The Center for Craniofacial Molecular Biology (CCMB) of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California (USC) is recruiting a tenure‑track Assistant Professor in the areas of cell and developmental biology, tissue regeneration, cell signaling, gene regulation, computational modeling, head and neck cancer, and other congenital or acquired human diseases using genetic, genomic and/or epigenomic approaches. Qualifications Ph.D. in developmental biology, cell biology, genetics, or molecular biology. Ph.D. with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree encouraged. Strong record of high‑quality research with significant publications in the field. Independent funding (e.g., K99/R00) strongly encouraged. Responsibilities (as implied) Conduct cutting‑edge research in the specified areas and secure independent funding to support investigations.
