Self-motivated and inspired, you thrive in an environment where you are empowered to work your craft, never settling for the bare minimum.Basic Qualifications:- Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance &/or production operations.-Experience with some combination of the following: experience with manufacturing processes and procedures including: composite fabrication, structural assembly, machining, bonded assemblies &/or installations.-Ability to obtain a secret security clearance after offer acceptance and willing to stay in current role/employment throughout the clearance processing period. Candidate must have a full secret clearance prior to start.-Ability to obtain special program access within 3 months of start date with LM.-Desired Skills:- Bachelors degree-Previous experience with lean manufacturing and process improvements-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical field with 5+ years experience-Experience with composite part and assembly manufacturing process. -Experience with MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application-Experience with shop floor setup and optimization.-Experience with various PLM systems including SAP, iBase-t (Solumina), Teamcenter, and/or SFM-Experience with CATIA or other related CAD software. -Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery-Working knowledge of one or more organizations including: Operations, IT, Planning, Production Control, ERP, MRP, Quality or systems integration.-Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.-Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success.-Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.-Previous experience incorporating model based engineering into manufacturing plans.-Active Clearance & PARSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
