Associate Brand Manager - New York

Position Title: Associate Brand Manager Location: 1W37 One West 37th Street New York NY 10018 Hybrid – 40 hours/week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Pay Rate: $33.91/hr on W2 Paid Weekly! Benefits: Paid weekly, health, dental + vision insurance available! Preferred Start Date: 5/4/2026 Duration: 3 months (Temp TO TEMP TO PERM Extension + Conversion Opportunities Available) About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Brand Manager – Premium Fashion to support brand strategy and execution within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in brand management who is eager to grow within the premium or luxury fashion space. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines. Support the execution of brand and commercial marketing strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Corporate teams. Develop presentations, reports, and performance analyses. Track brand performance and provide insights to support decision-making. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in brand management or commercial marketing. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and pivot tables). Strong PowerPoint skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with premium or luxury fashion brands. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. Exposure to brand portfolios such as Ralph Lauren, Polo, or similar. High level of ownership and accountability. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Confident and comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams.
