Freelance Residential Site Manager - New Build Projects

Fawkes and Reece is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our freelance residential housing team in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established team on a new build housing project. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in traditional residential new builds and offers competitive day/hourly rates. Responsibilities include managing site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality standards.
