Sr. Experience Product Manager

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Senior Experience Product Manager to lead customer-centric digital journey design and delivery. This role partners across product, engineering, design, and business teams to define roadmap strategy, drive development, and ensure solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive digital customer journey roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business to develop product strategy
- Facilitate service design and journey-level discovery to create integrated, multi-touchpoint customer experiences
- Establish KPI measurement plans and evidence generation to monitor product performance and market fit
- Manage feature prioritization, backlogs, and epic/user story definition with delivery teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in digital products
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing product teams
- Expertise in service design, journey mapping, and customer experience optimization
- Experience with agile methodologies, OKRs, and product metrics/KPI analysis
