Sr. Experience Product Manager

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Senior Experience Product Manager to define and deliver customer-centric digital journeys across multiple channels. This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop product strategy, roadmaps, and digital solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver digital customer journey roadmaps and product strategy across multiple touchpoints
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Business, and Customer Care teams
- Develop and monitor KPIs and evidence generation plans to track product success and market alignment
- Facilitate Service Design deliverables and establish journey-level OKRs with business leadership
- Manage feature prioritization, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication on delivery progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years as a Product Manager with at least 3 years in digital domain
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience developing product strategy and managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and OKR-driven delivery
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop team members
