Responsibilities

• Serve as customer advocate for one or more product areas to internal stakeholders
• Define acceptance criteria and requirements for product features of medium complexity
• Maintain documentation including gap analyses, process flows, and business requirements
• Create and maintain product roadmap; communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance; provide continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of complex program management and specialized processes
• Experience translating user and business needs into structured requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
