Product Lead - Growth

Responsibilities Lead PMs across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations. Define the end-to-end growth strategy across website, PLG, SMB, enterprise, and partnerships. Own core funnel performance: traffic → MQL → onboarding → activation. Drive scalable SMB and long‑tail customer acquisition motions. Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals, identify product gaps, and shape deal mechanics. Oversee onboarding risk engine and customer compliance workflows. Build and operationalize Plaid’s Customer Lifecycle Model (CLM) to ensure clean customer state and entitlement logic. Use data to identify funnel opportunities, segment users, validate hypotheses, and drive experimentation. Make resource allocation and prioritization decisions across a high‑breadth portfolio. Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and insights to Executive, GTM, and Engineering leadership. Qualifications 8‑10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing PMs. Demonstrated success leading PLG or B2B growth at scale. Strong analytical and funnel optimization skills; comfort with data modeling and experimentation. Deep experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing). Experience supporting enterprise deals or partnership motions. Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple domains: growth, risk, compliance, onboarding, internal systems. Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills. Nice‑to‑have: Experience in fintech, onboarding, risk, or compliance workflows. Nice‑to‑have: Background in API‑first or platform businesses. Benefits Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered.
