Job Description
Salary: $175,000 - $190,000

Bonus Description: Annual bonus up to 15%. Eligible for a company vehicle.

We seek a dynamic individual with a comprehensive understanding of IT management in large-scale enterprises, eager to spearhead implementation efforts and forge connections across internal and external stakeholders.

Time Utilization: This position will travel up to 15% of the time. International travel required. Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate internal and external customer's schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our parent company in Germany to align IT strategies with U.S. technology requirements.
• Provide guidance and assistance to the SAP IT Applications support team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive IT communication strategies.
• Manage project allocation, ensuring alignment with IT objectives and priorities.
• Analyze complex business challenges and implement technical solutions.
• Drive internal digitalization initiatives and foster a culture of modernization.
• Monitor technology applications to assess effectiveness in meeting organizational goals.
• Uphold global IT standards, policies, and systems to support corporate strategies.
• Ensure integrity of information systems through robust internal controls and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee IT budget planning and expenditure control.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Experience preferred with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Minimum of ten years' experience leading IT strategy and operations, or equivalent education and experience.Proficiency in assessing current systems and identifying strategic digital improvement opportunities. Capable of prioritizing initiatives and leading implementation efforts.
• Proven IT experience within large organizations and collaborating with global teams. Ability to comprehend global business needs while scrutinizing recommendations from the German parent company.

Nice to have:

• Experience with manufacturing large capital equipment, particularly packaging or processing machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.
