Step into a rewarding opportunity serving young children and families through an Early On Birth to Three Home Visiting Program near Flint, MI. This contract role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist passionate about making a difference in early childhood development. You'll work full time—40 hours weekly—beginning November 13, 2026, for approximately 12 weeks. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with built-in time off for Thanksgiving week (no work Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) and a two-week holiday break from December 21, 2026, to January 3, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current state Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy roles as an OT
• Previous involvement in Early On, pediatric settings, or similar early intervention programs is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation for home visiting is necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers within their homes
• Assess, plan, and implement customized interventions to promote developmental milestones
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and the broader team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document assessments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with program requirements
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions as needed
