In this role, you will own the engagement from process discovery through solution design, right up to the build line. Your job is to deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the optimal Digital Worker solution, and produce specifications so clearly that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity. You define the what and why; The engineer handles the how.Requirements* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field* Demonstrable experience in consultancy across solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery at a relevant top company* Proven experience working with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations* Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts, beyond prompting ChatGPT* Experience scoping and estimating project work, including imperfect information* Strong process mapping skills, comfortable with AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies* Strong communication skills, able to hold credibility with both technical and business stakeholders* Demonstrated ability to run discovery sessions and whiteboard solution approaches on the spot* Ability to produce technical specifications that engineering teams can execute against without ambiguityJob TypeContractCompensation59 - $80
