$5000 Sign on Bonus Registered Nurse (RN) 3–11 Supervisor Premier Healthcare – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Full-Time | Evenings (3 PM – 11 PM) Join our team at Premier Healthcare, under new ownership and management by Stellar Health Group, as we continue to provide outstanding care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3–11 shift. Responsibilities Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on the 3–11 shift Provide direct care, including medications, wound care, IVs, tube feedings, colostomy care, and suctioning Transcribe and carry out the physician's orders Monitor residents and report changes to physicians and families Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers Conduct rounds to ensure staff follow policies and resident needs are met Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in QAPI activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, including infection control Support team development, performance evaluations, and staff guidance Qualifications Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills Benefits Competitive wages + generous shift differential 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Long- & short-term disability insurance Paid time off for full-time employees 401(k) Apply today to lead a skilled nursing team and provide compassionate care in a supportive environment!
