Physical Therapist

Provide physical therapy services to senior residents. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment. Educate residents and their families on treatment plans and home exercises. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
