Position Summary We have partnered with a leading Water Treatment company to recruit for an Area Sales Manager in Texas to oversee all sales operations and the sales teams for this division. Responsibilities Deliver divisional sales targets by driving growth in water treatment chemical solutions while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service performance. Recruit, train, and develop sales and technical staff to support effective account management, application expertise, and optimal regional coverage. Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring all agreements meet regulatory, safety, and compliance standards and are executed efficiently. Maintain in-depth knowledge of water treatment markets, industry regulations, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and expand the client base. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead generation, customer engagement initiatives, and industry outreach (e.g., utilities, industrial clients, and facilities management partners). #J-18808-Ljbffr
