About the Role Baller League is looking for a commercially driven leader to own and scale our US sponsorship and brand partnerships business. You'll work directly with global, category-leading brands - originating, closing, and activating high-value deals from day one. This is a senior role that demands both strategic vision and hands‑on execution. Key Responsibilities Own the multi-year commercial and sponsorship strategy for the US market Build revenue across title sponsorships, league and team partnerships, broadcast/digital integrations, and live-event activations Set and hit annual revenue targets Partnerships & Deal Execution Originate, negotiate, and close high-value deals with A-list brands Build bespoke, data-led propositions tailored to each partner Maintain C-suite and Head of Brand relationships across brands and agencies Activation & Delivery Ensure partnerships are activated flawlessly across broadcast, digital, social, and live Collaborate with content, production, and marketing to maximise sponsor ROI Oversee rights delivery, reporting, and performance tracking Team & Operations Build and lead a high-performing commercial team Establish sales processes, CRM systems, and performance management Coach and develop junior and mid-level sales staff Market & Governance Represent Baller League at industry events with brands, agencies, and media partners Own pricing frameworks, rate cards, and inventory management Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand safety standards What We're Looking For Deep network across US brands, agencies, and rights buyers Experience with top-tier brands; high-growth or challenger brand experience a plus Ability to package IP, content, and audience data into compelling commercial propositions Strong grasp of sponsorship valuation, media rights, digital/creator marketing, and performance metrics Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments - you build the plane while flying it Commercially obsessed, creatively minded, and genuinely passionate about football and culture Baller Values /How We Work Soccer Obsessed.
