Lead, Sales Enablement

Our flagship brands, LiftMaster and Chamberlain , are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ app daily.Partner with sales, channel and business unit product teams to develop and deploy sales enablementprograms that support the strategic objectives of Chamberlain GroupPlan, lead, and execute programs that improve sales effectiveness to include sales processoptimization, sales force skill-building, sales technology enablement, sales performance measurementand incentivesConduct ongoing analysis of the current sales process, sales behaviors, and performance trends andmaintain a roadmap for future improvements required to achieve the company’s long-term growthstrategy, including budgeting and resourcing to achieve aggressive timelinesServe as a sales process expert within Chamberlain Group for Salesforce.com and emerging salestechnology applications and digital tools that enhance sales effectiveness; identify, resource and launchinnovative technology in partnership with Sales AnalyticsEstablish and adjust sales enablement planning process to result in successful deployment of newprograms to the sales team including: new product and service launches, channel programs or specialprojects, in partnership with business units, marketing communications and sales operations teamsPartner with business unit teams, sales leadership and sales operations to identify skills, knowledge,and tools required by the sales force and partner channel to increase sales effectiveness and improvesales outcomesStandardize and optimize sales team engagement at scale by advocating across departments toimprove internal efficiency, reduce redundancy and provide process clarity, resulting in increasedproductivity for new and existing sales team membersMeasure sales enablement process, tools and training program outcomes through CRM and BIanalytics, applying remedies in the form of sales enablement programs and tacticsConsult with Sales Leaders to identify, develop and deploy programs to improve sales leadershipdevelopment and coachingParticipate in ad-hoc deployments of tests, pilots or proof-of-concepts for new products and servicesComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance acrosstheir teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, readingprofessional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
