The Sterile Processor must demonstrate knowledge of principles and practices of aseptic techniques, and have knowledge of equipment, instruments, procedures and supplies used in the operating room. The Sterile Processor must be able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact and endurance. This position requires ongoing and continual communication with Operating Room staff, including communicating special equipment needs as they arise. The Sterile Processor must also monitor the daily schedule for changes in instrumentation. Skills & Abilities Able to work independently and meet established deadlines.
