Knine All Systems is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, staying current with social media trends, and helping bring a brand to life online.

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives, maintain our online presence, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. While the Marketing Manager oversees strategy and final content approval, the Marketing Assistant will take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our social media efforts. This role offers opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Knine All Systems is a leading commercial physical security and low-voltage solutions provider headquartered in Dallas, Georgia. We specialize in the design, installation, and support of integrated security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, structured cabling, and AI-powered technologies for businesses and organizations across the Southeast.

• Manage the day-to-day execution of Knine All Systems' social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, with final content approval by the Marketing Manager.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, including gathering customer testimonials and Google reviews.
• Maintain and update CRM records and marketing databases.
• Assist with trade shows, company events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns and support overall marketing goals.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required 
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred 
• 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships and relevant coursework are encouraged) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail 
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram 
• Experience with Canva is preferred 
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Self-motivated, dependable, creative, and eager to learn

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
