Regional Business Director, Oncology (West Region) RYBREVANT Franchise, Lung & Head & Neck Cancers

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Business Director to lead oncology sales teams across the West Region for the RYBREVANT franchise, covering lung and head & neck cancers. This field-based role manages District Managers and Sales Specialists while executing integrated regional strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, mentor, and retain District Managers and Sales Specialists across West Region
Develop and execute regional business plan supporting RYBREVANT franchise across lung and head & neck cancers
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate strategies into regional execution and market access
Coach leaders to build alignment, navigate priorities, and deliver customer-centric outcomes
Establish account goals, oversee metrics, and drive business performance across disease areas

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
10+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry experience
5+ years cross-functional commercial roles (sales, marketing, access, analytics, business development)
Prior people management and team leadership experience
Valid US driver's license; ability to travel 50% including overnight trips
Oncology or solid tumor experience preferred; lung or head & neck cancer experience strongly preferred
