What this job involves – The Regional Properties Director is responsible for developing and implementing the FM strategy to ensure a healthy long-term relationship with clients. This role involves managing high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence, improving client experience, and overseeing facility operations and maintenance programs across multiple sites.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Providing operational leadership and setting technical direction for facility managers, operations managers, and third-party vendorsFostering a "safety first" work environment and cultureResponding promptly to client requests, including root cause analysis and corrective action plansCollaborating with site teams and directors on contractor selection and monitoringEnsuring compliant and efficient operational processes in various facility typesReviewing and optimizing energy efficiency in operational proceduresAdhering to Environmental Health and Safety standardsDeveloping and delivering presentations to senior client leadershipManaging operational budgets and client GL accountingDesired experience and technical skills - Requirements:Minimum 15 years of experience in projects or maintenance and operationsStrong IFM operational budgeting skillsAbility to read and understand technical documentsExperience in contract administrationKnowledge of engineering and preventive maintenanceUnderstanding of quality assurance, change control, and regulatory auditsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsLeadership presence and ability to motivate othersStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentPreferred:Global experienceAdvanced presentation development and delivery skillsExpertise in RCA and CAPA developmentProficiency in operational client GL accountingThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
