This position serves the growing West Valley on the campus of Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center.

 

Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, the qualified candidate will provide inpatient care helping patients and their families deal with serious life-threatening illness and symptom management.

 

Requirements, features, and schedule include:

• BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Fellowship training strongly preferred, open to finishing fellows
• Monday through Friday work schedule
• Desire and ability to help grow Palliative Care within the community
• Able to build collaborative relationships and provide education to colleagues and patients
• "Comfortable working independently in a new start-up program

Web Medical Center (BDWMC) - Sun City West a 404-bed full-service hospital with over 600 physicians on staff, excels in providing acute medical and surgical services as well as intensive care, emergency and urgent care, inpatient /outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, urology, pulmonary, obstetrics and gynecology, extended care, outpatient diagnostic services, acute and outpatient rehabilitation and adult behavioral services.
