Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time at CenterWell Primary Care . This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations. You will work on-site at our Parkview clinic in Surprise, Arizona. You will report to our Associate Medical Director. Use Your Skills To Make An Impact You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients. You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation. You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions. You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists. You will participate in clinical quality improvement projects. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. You will contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery. Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
