Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist who will join our expanding team of imaging specialists committed to delivering outstanding care. You will harness advanced ultrasound technology to carry out diagnostic exams, work collaboratively with an encouraging team of clinicians, and provide clarity to patients through exceptional and precise imaging.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure comfort and safety for patients during procedures, elucidating each step with empathy and respect
• Partner with radiologists and referring doctors to provide high-quality diagnostic images
• Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, addressing any malfunctions quickly
• Accurately document procedures and manage patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of developments in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or similar field
• Preferably, completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
