Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to design and govern end-to-end Salesforce solutions. You'll translate business needs into scalable architectural designs, drive integration strategies, and ensure performance, security, and data governance across Salesforce platforms and related systems. You'll guide development teams, review code for adherence to standards, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end technical design for Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, data model, and custom apps.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
• Architect and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Omnistudio components.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs, middleware, and data pipelines; manage security and governance.
• Guide DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and release processes; provide technical leadership in design reviews and workshops.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience designing large-scale Salesforce solutions and data modeling
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration frameworks
• Security design, performance optimization, and data governance
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, version control, and CI/CD
• Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) required; CTA/Application Architect/System Architect credentials highly preferred
