To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: Description:**Under the direction of the Manager and Shift Manager, the incumbent maintains clean and attractive public and employee areas within the facility* Deep clean, sanitize, and maintain attractive front and back of house spaces* In observation or safety requirements, services assigned areas using provided chemicals and equipment according to established procedures* Perform other duties associated with public area housekeeping as assigned* Operate and keep clean equipment, which is used for sweeping, vacuuming, brushing, polishing, and more* Follow internal procedures for signing in and out equipment, radios, and master keys* Provide excellent customer service for our internal and external guests* Take responsibility for the cleanliness of public spaces* Recognize and respond to spills or other calls which require immediate attention* Use wet floor signs to ensure guest and employee safety around wet areas, spills, or other cleaning* Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations* Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.* Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations* Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities* Must currently hold or be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ DGE* Free Meals, Free Uniforms, Free Parking* Discounts at Hard Rock properties around the globe* Training and Leadership development programs* Wellness programs including onsite information and fitness seminars* Team Member Resource Groups* Recognition programs* Pay Rate $22.00 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
