Manage a robust endovascular structural heart program, including TAVR, MitraClips, TMVR, septal repairs, CABG, VATS, thoracotomies, and ventricular assist devices. Expect 30–40% cardiac cases, with a mix of general anesthesia, neuro, endoscopy, EP lab, plastics, and OB. Focus solely on high-acuity cardiac anesthesia with the support of an elite anesthesia team.
