Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Client Engagement Representative who specializes in SEO to drive brand awareness and lead generation through engaging, high-quality content that ranks well on search engines. ABOUT THE POSITION

The Client Engagement Representative supports brand awareness and customer service by creating and optimizing engaging digital content, maintaining the company website, and using SEO performance data to improve results.

In this role, you will:

• Craft original content designed to improve Hugg & Hall's search engine rankings.
• Analyze content performance via GA4 and SEMRush and adjust content strategies as needed.
• Effectively answer incoming telephone calls, responding to any inquiries and transferring callers to the appropriate recipient.

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong communication skills
• College degree preferred

This position is an indoor office environment with a controlled climate.

This position requires sitting at a computer desk for extended periods of time with use of a computer keyboard.

This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication.

This position will continuously use hands to type.
