Locations Office Rogers 4 3300 S Market St Rogers, AR 72758, USA On-site Technology Full-Time Requisition #: EDIAN047069 Description The EDI Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and processes. This role ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient exchange of business documents between the company and its trading partners. The EDI Analyst collaborates closely with internal teams and external customers to implement new connections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with partner requirements. Responsibilities Monitor daily EDI transmissions to ensure successful and accurate document exchange (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810) Investigate and resolve EDI errors, transmission failures, and work with SPS Commerce on any mapping issues Coordinate setup and onboarding of new trading partners, including testing and validation of EDI transactions Work with IT, customer service, logistics and finance teams to resolve operational issues that pertain to EDI Work closely with external customers, EDI specialists and partner customer service teams Create and maintain detailed EDI documentation, mapping specifications, and communication logs. Knowledge of Microsoft products is a plus Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, product managers, and contractors to ensure comprehensive testing and high‑quality results Support software updates, configuration changes, and integration projects related to ERP and EDI platforms Provide technical assistance and training to business users and other IT specialists as needed Salary position. Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on experience working with EDI systems and processes; familiarity with ANSI X12 EDI standards and transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810); experience with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, Oracle, and other EDI tools. Knowledge of 940, 945, 947 documents is a plus.
