SR. BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary: The Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. With a focus on Azure and Azure IoT Edge, the candidate will analyze, design, and implement strategies that enhance business processes. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Java and offers the opportunity to make a significant impacton the company's digital transformation journey. Required Skills: Java, Azure, Azure IoT Edge Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using Azure and Azure IoT Edge technologies. Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system requirements to facilitate seamless communication. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Provide technical expertise in Java to support the development and integration of applications. Oversee the deployment and management of IoT solutions to enhance connectivity and data collection. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability. Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance and scalability. Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and technical specifications. Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure and IoT deployments. Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field. Qualifications: Possess a strong understanding of Azure and Azure IoT Edge technologies, essential for effective solution design. Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming, crucial for application development and integration. Have experience in business analysis and technical documentation, necessary for clear communication and project success. Show ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office tasks efficiently. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, vital for troubleshooting and optimizing solutions.
