I opened my agency in 2018 after beginning my State Farm career in 2011, first working in an agent's office and later as an Agency Field Specialist. As a second-generation State Farm agent, opening my own agency in the community where I grew up gave me the opportunity to serve the people and businesses that helped shape my career.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tina Biscan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
