Payroll Accountant - 5125

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll Maintain payroll records, handle payroll-related inquiries, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. Record all revenue entries, calculate and record depreciation for fixed assets and manage amortization schedules for intangible assets. Maintain lease records and ensure proper accounting for lease transactions. Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances identified during reconciliations. Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required 5 - 10 years of previous payroll and accounting experience Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) & strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations Excellent math and accounting skills Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Tier4 Group
