Job Description Regional Sales Representative – Medical Device We are conducting a confidential search for an innovative and rapidly growing medical device organization seeking Regional Sales Representatives in multiple markets across the United States. What You'll Do: Develop and grow a designated sales territory Build relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare providers Identify and onboard new accounts while expanding existing business Conduct product education and in-service training Partner with internal teams to support product launches and customer success Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset while driving revenue growth What We're Looking For: Proven success in outside B2B or medical sales Ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated with a high level of accountability Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment Medical device, orthopedic, sports medicine, rehabilitation, or healthcare sales experience is preferred but strong sales professionals from related industries will also be considered.
