SALES REPRESENTATIVE – COMMERCIAL HVAC

Prospect and develop new commercial customer relationships within the assigned territory Sell preventive HVAC maintenance agreements to commercial building owners, property managers, facility managers, and business operators Conduct customer needs assessments and facility evaluations Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, repairs, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and replacement projects Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and business development activities Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and pricing recommendations Negotiate contract terms and close new business opportunities Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive renewals and account growth Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information within CRM systems Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experiences Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Stay informed on industry trends, energy efficiency initiatives, and competitive offerings What Do You Bring?
