This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HVAC professional who understands commercial mechanical systems and enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and driving sales.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC, with experience selling or supporting mechanical projects. Experience with hydronics, boilers, and related systems is highly preferred.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers, contractors, engineers, and facility managersIdentify new HVAC project and replacement opportunities throughout the Phoenix marketSell commercial HVAC projects, equipment, and mechanical solutionsDevelop project estimates, proposals, and pricingWork closely with estimating, engineering, operations, and project management teamsConduct customer visits, site walks, and project presentationsManage opportunities through the complete sales cycleNegotiate contracts and close projectsMaintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goalsProvide technical solutions based on customer needs and project requirementsQualifications3+ years of HVAC industry experience requiredProven experience in commercial HVAC sales, project sales, estimating, service, or mechanical contractingStrong understanding of commercial HVAC systemsHydronics and boiler experience strongly preferredAbility to understand plans, specifications, equipment selections, and project requirementsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneouslyValid driver's license and reliable driving recordCompensation & BenefitsBase salary around $90,000, depending on experienceUncapped commission structureOTE of approximately $300,000/year once fully tenured and establishedCar allowanceComprehensive benefits packageSignificant earning potential with no cap on commissionOpportunity to build and grow within a strong Phoenix commercial HVAC marketWhy Join Us?This is a high-earning opportunity for an HVAC professional who wants to take their career and income to the next level.
