Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver

Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM Tue: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM Wed: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM Thur: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, patrol, and incident documentation. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed. Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client site procedures. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
