Based in Brooklyn Center, MN, this role oversees the manufacturing of batteries or components that power life-saving medical technologies used by patients around the world. Reporting to the Manufacturing Director of Battery Operations, you will lead a team of Production Supervisors and play a key role in driving safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance.This is a highly visible leadership opportunity that combines people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic execution. You will partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges, develop team capability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
