Reno Door & Trim is hiring an experienced Estimator. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities Perform material take‑off for doors, trim, and hardware. Data entry with Access, Excel, and QuickBooks. Read plans and perform accurate material take‑off. Communicate professionally with builders and owners. Work with distributors and purchasing personnel for pricing data. Coordinate with field managers and personnel to communicate changes and updates. Possess advanced product knowledge of residential and commercial products. Participate in production scheduling and coordination. Benefits 401(k), medical insurance, PTO. Wage depends on experience. A 90‑day review period follows, after which an increase may be given based on performance. Further increases may be granted for project accuracy, contract award success, and meeting established goals. Overtime may be required in certain circumstances. Work schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Job Details Type: Full‑time. Pay: Per hour, depending on experience. Experience required: 4 years in estimating.
