The Performance Marketer supports data-informed marketing decisions by providing audience insights, performance analysis, research support, and scalable marketing solutions. Working across marketing initiatives and channels, this role helps improve campaign effectiveness, optimize audience engagement, and support strategic decision-making through the application of established frameworks, tools, and best practices. The Performance Marketer collaborates with stakeholders across Marketing and the broader organization to analyze performance, support audience strategy, improve marketing processes, and enable the efficient collection and reporting of customer and market feedback. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Strong writing, editing, Excel, and data-analysis abilities. Strong brand-development and brand-establishment abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Customer focused. Prior experience in higher education or educational technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google software. Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to support research, data analysis, audience insights, content development, or workflow efficiency. Experience supporting audience segmentation, persona development, customer journey mapping, or lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Salary: $62,000 - $72,000/ year. Exemption status: Exempt Physical Requirements: Requires periods of close concentration. The employee must be able to multitask, must be able to sit for long periods, must be able to concentrate in a noisy/busy environment. The position is eligible for remote employment, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming.
