Contract RecruiterLocation: Richmond, VAEmployment Type: ContractAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing a high-volume portfolio of entry-level hourly manufacturing requisitions, delivering full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, and building talent pipelines while maintaining excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.ResponsibilitiesManage high volume of open requisitions for entry-level hourly manufacturing roles: hiring strategy, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer, recommendation/negotiation, and pre-onboarding.Lead structured recruiting intake/strategy sessions with hiring managers; align on profiles, sourcing channels, interview plans, and decision timelines.Build talent pipelines using job boards, social media campaigns, talent communities, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce programs.Partner with the TA coordinators on posting, candidate progress movement, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Track and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, offer acceptance rate, talent pipeline).Requirements5-7 years of experience in recruiting with demonstrated expertise in hourly manufacturing full-cycle recruiting.Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding.Preferred Qualifications (if any)Optional skill or experienceNice-to-have software knowledge or industry experienceWho We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.We're a dynamic, people-first organization where fresh ideas are always welcome.
