Dining Services Retail Supervisor

Westminster-Canterbury of Lynchburg seeks a Dining Services Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day dining operations in our senior living community. This role oversees front-of-house service in our cafés and retail outlets, ensuring warm, respectful interactions with residents, families, and guests. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, training, cash handling, and inventory control while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. The supervisor collaborates with team members across campus to support special diets, events, and a welcoming, faith-informed environment.
