Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Alabama state license or eligibility to obtain Alabama licensure prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with common skilled nursing equipment and procedures preferred, including gait training, transfers, fall risk assessment, and therapeutic modalities.
• Willingness to float to other nearby facilities when requested. (Client requires float to Diversicare of Riverchase.)
