Lube Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on automotive support role. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering quality service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and helping keep vehicles operating safely and smoothly. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, learning practical technical skills, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire pressure checks, and filter replacements as assigned
- Inspect vehicles for visible issues and communicate findings to the appropriate team members
- Assist with basic preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Use tools and equipment properly while maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols, shop policies, and quality control procedures
- Document completed services accurately and communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed
- Support a positive customer experience through professional, courteous, and efficient service
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily shop operations
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance, service, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work safely with tools, equipment, and automotive fluids
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Dependable work ethic and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience working in a service bay, automotive shop, or quick-service environment
- Comfort using hand tools and diagnostic support equipment
- Interest in building a career in automotive service
