Sales Representative – Emergency Services
Blue Island, IL 60406
One of the most trusted names in disaster restoration services with offices in Chicago’s South suburbs is seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to join our team. This role is centered on generating revenue through emergency response opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a strong network of referral sources and business opportunities
- Be first on-site to emergency losses (fire, water, impact) and secure signed contracts in real-time
- Lead conversations with property owners during high-stress situations with confidence and empathy
- Track leads, referrals, and opportunities to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion
- Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless transition from sale to production
- Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and accountability at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- A natural salesperson who thrives on winning work and closing deals
- Consistently securing signed contracts at the point of loss
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
- Relationship-driven with a hunter mentality
- Hitting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
- Organized and disciplined in follow-up and tracking
Education or Experience:
- Two-year college degree preferred
- Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required
- Sales background with proven success
