The Account Manager – Remote at The Cigna Group's Global Health Benefits team is responsible for managing a book of 150–200 small-to-medium accounts with total premiums of $7M–$9M. You will renew, upsell, and expand services for multinational clients, acting as a trusted consultant. With 2+ years in account management and strong communication skills, you will build relationships, educate clients on updates, and coordinate across matrix partners.
